Highland Outdoor Adventures offers a wide range of stand up paddleboarding (SUP) adventures from Aviemore in the Cairngorms and right across Scotland. Stand up paddleboarding is the fastest growing paddlesport – and it is easy to see why: it is accessible to all ages, abilities, groups and families, and is an amazing way to travel on the lochs, rivers and sea โฆ and it doesnโt matter if you fall in as you just get back on the board – it can even be a welcome reprieve on a hot summerโs day!

Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) introductory adventure sessions normally take place on Loch Insh (flat water) for a half day 9:00-12:00 or 13:00-16:00. minimum age of 6.
White Water SUP Course ยฃ65
White water stand up paddleboarding (SUP) adventure courses for all ages and abilities. Let us help you achieve your aims and develop your abilities on a SUP. Minimum age of 10.
Advanced White Water SUP Course ยฃ125
A course designed for people wanting to push their ability levels on a SUP - typically offered on grade 3 white water.

Private White Water SUP Development Course ยฃ225

Zero to Hero SUP ยฃ60
This session will start on a loch looking at fundamental skills before travelling down some white water on a river (e.g. Loch Insh and then the River Spey down to Aviemore). Minimum age of 10

Arisaig is one of the most stunning places in the whole country and what better way to see this section of the world than by SUP! Minimum age of 10. White sandy beaches and stunning crystal clear blue waters.
Moray Coast SUP Day ยฃ65
Coastal stand up paddleboarding adventures on the Moray coast from Lossiemouth, Hopeman or Inverness. Minimum age of 10.
